1/4 teaspoons of salt
1/4 teaspoons of baking soda
2  tablespoons of cocoa powder
3 ounces of semisweet chocolate chips
3 tablespoons of butter
half of a cup of sugar
1 egg
Vanilla ice cream
chocolate or strawberry sauce for drizzling
Heat oven to 325°.
Line a pan with tin foil (4×8). Grease.
Melt chocolate chips, and stir in the sugar and eggs. Whisk in baking powder and flour.

Pour in the batter, and bake for 25-30 minutes.  Cool.

Once cooled, cut out the brownies with a heart shaped cookie cutter.

Scoop ice cream onto a plate, and add your brownie. Drizzle with chocolate or strawberry sauce. Enjoy!

Nothing screams romance than chocolate covered strawberries!

1 cup of straight pretzels

1 cup of almonds

3 bars of semi-sweet chocolate

8 large strawberries

Chop of your pretzels and almonds (separately). Then, cut up your chocolate.

Slowly melt your chocolate, until smooth.

Dip your berries in the chocolate,  then your pretzels and nuts! Allow your chocolate covered strawberries to set at room temperature. (You can place your strawberries on wax paper, to avoid sticking). Enjoy!

Chocolate Fondue

This is guaranteed to spark the romance! This is so much fun, and tasty too!

3/4 cup of heavy or whipped cream

8 ounces of chocolate – broken

Cut up fresh strawberries, blackberries, bananas, or fruit of  your choice.
You can also bake a cake, or buy a small cake, and cut into little pieces, also for dipping.
Over low heat, warm up your whipped or heavy cream, along with the chocolate. Stir continuously until all of the chocolate has melted. Pour the mixture into a bowl.
Dip your fruit and cake into the chocolate mix and enjoy!
There you go! A few of our favorite (and super easy) Valentine’s desserts to enjoy right in the comfort of your dream home.
