Who doesn’t love a Friday? Even better? A Fabulous Featured Floor Plan Friday!

Sometimes on Fridays, we feature a floor plan from one of 3 of our series – Classic, Vintage, or Contemporary. We feature the model, its floor plan and details.

This week, we’ve picked the Kelowna – it’s in Timber Block’s Classic Series. Many log home lovers are looking for a second home – a vacation  home they can build and design just how they want, and enjoy it during their down time, and have it for years to come, and hand it down to their children, grand children, great grand children and so on! This is why Timber Block is the perfect choice! Not only are our homes downright gorgeous, they’re highly energy efficient, and the highest of quality.

For those looking to build their dream cottage – many love the Kelowna. Why? The Kelowna is just under 1300 square feet. The main floor features a master bedroom and master bath on the main floor. It includes open living space, with the dining room open to the kitchen. Thanks to a wonderful wall of windows, this home is the perfect retreat for those who favor the mountains, trees, the lake or ocean!

Here is another version of the Kelowna floor plan:

Here is a Timber Block home owner’s Kelowna. (How gorgeous is this?)

And another one! (This one is just brand new! Look close, you can even see the stickers still on the windows!)

And like all of our homes, the Kelowna is equipped with R-30 wall insulation – your logs are cut, insulated, sanded, stained, stacked, bonded and thru-bolted in our quality controlled environment! The Kelowna is also able to be delivered on one truck, meaning tons of savings in delivery cost!
