You can get the same affect by letting in the natural light to your home. It makes sense how studies have proven, natural lighting in your home can even boost your energy levels!
We could go on and on when it comes to the benefits of natural lighting. Think about the plants inside your home. You can include indoor plants as part of your interior design, and the plants will thank you for it by growing beautifully.
Also, natural lighting is not harsh at all. Sometimes, when we have fluorescent or incandescent lights, it can be a little hard on the eyes.
