Welcome to the very first Friday of 2014, and the first issue of “Friday’s Fantastic Views”!
We choose the occasional Friday, and choose one of our Timber Block homes, and preview several photos of that home! This home was based on a Denver model. It’s built in Quebec, Canada – not far from our Quebec head office!
In Quebec, it gets…..COLD! Several Timber Block homes are built there, because of the long, cold and snowy winters – and home owners completely understand the importance of a highly energy efficient home!
Each and every Timber Block home built is equipped with R-30 wall insulation – and, not only is that important in cold climates, it’s just as important in warm climates as well – Timber Block homes are kept cozy and warm in the winter, and nice and cool in the summer!
This home, like all Timber Block homes, has a very unique interior style! Yours will too – it’s the beauty of Timber Block! All of our homes are completely customizable, and you can design your home the way you want to!
Timber Block’s standard Denver model is very practical, and designed for those who favor the open room concept. At over 2700 square feet, it has substantial living space. The living room and kitchen areas are perfect for gathering, and the generous screened in room completes the picture perfect main floor. The loft is open to below and includes a beautiful large master bedroom. With a cathedral ceiling and abundance of windows, this design lets in tons of light, enhancing the most spectacular views.
