It’s been quite the busy season for all of us at Timber Block! What’s fun is the different models being built! Here’s an example…
This is a Tahoe under construction….(neat angle)!
Most of our homeowners will modify their floor plans to suit their needs, (close to 90 percent of all Timber Block customers will change up their floor plan – a little bit, or a lot)!
This is the original Tahoe model floor plan from Timber Block.
The Tahoe is 3381 square feet. The main floor boasts a large kitchen with separate eating area, open living and dining rooms, with fire place, as well as main floor laundry, main floor master bedroom with master bath, and a huge walk-in closet. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, each with a bath, a separate sitting area with the loft open to below.

Another wall raising this week….this is a modified Sonoma – from our Contemporary Series:
Our Sonoma model is one level, over 2200 square feet, with ceilings just under 15 feet high in the living areas. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, with both open and outdoor living space.

And another wall raising this week…this is a completely custom small log cabin….how charming!
These photos show just how versatile Timber Block is. You literally can build what you want…whether it’s a larger home like the Tahoe above, or a more Contemporary wood home, or a small log cabin! There are very many similarities between these 3 homes, however….ALL have R-30 wall insulation. This, along with a tight thermal envelope ensures a highly energy efficient home! Also, all of the walls in these 3 homes were raised in hours. All our low maintenance, and NONE of these homes will settle or check!
