Timber Block, the Revolutionary R-30 Insulated Log Home has been getting more and more recognition lately, as many people in the industry are realizing the benefits of our patented product

For example, energy efficiency in homes is becoming more and more important to homeowners. R-30 wall insulation is standard in every Timber Block home built.

Another attraction to builders, developers, and homeowners is the fact that Timber Block is systems built. The logs of Timber Block homes are sanded, insulated, stained, stacked, thru-bolted and bonded under 6000 pounds of pressure in the controlled environment of our factory.

The walls of the home are then stacked, usually on one truck (depending on the size – but typically, a home up to 2500-3000 square feet can be delivered on one truck – greatly reducing delivery costs!) and then delivered the day of the wall raising. This is very appealing, because the logs of the home are protected in the factory, rather than being dumped on the ground, and exposed to inclement weather.

Because of the systems built advantage, and the fact we use Green Technology, there is very little waste during the building of our homes. Also very important, and also very cost-effective.

And when we say our homes go up in hours, it’s true. The wall raising will happen in just hours. Again, saving time and money!

This is a time lapse video of a wall raising of a 3,000 square foot Timber Block home.
