Timber Block Homes has the ability to build homes faster. The result? A happier home owner. Why? First, Timber Block home owners are in their homes faster. Building a new home is very time consuming, and with some home building companies, it likely takes several months – even up to a year or more.
Here’s how the Timber Block Homes process works: Our system building process allows us to cut on production time. Once you have worked with our design team and have finalized your floor plan, the walls of your home goes into production. Your logs are insulated, cut sanded, stained, bonded and stacked in our factory (by the way, another very significant benefit – with this process done in a quality controlled environment, the walls of your home are protected from the elements).
Meanwhile, during this time, your builder or GC is prepping the site – and getting the foundation ready for the wall delivery.
Even better? The walls of your home will be installed in just a few hours. Your home can be dried in within 7-10 days, and once the interior is complete, you are move in ready!
When all is said and done, you are able to move into your home weeks – even months – sooner than a traditionally built home. This faster build time not only gets you in your dream home that much faster, but allows you to save plenty of money in building costs! As they say – time is money!
