At 2334 square feet, this model is the perfect size to satisfy full-time family living as well as entertain company over a long weekend or a summer vacation. The great room in the Fairmont is nothing short of spectacular and the views can be taken in from the open living room, dining room, and kitchen. Available with 3 or 4 bedrooms, a main floor laundry room, and the ever-popular loft, this exquisite classic log home is a veritable haven.

The Fairmont floor plan, like all of Timber Block’s models and floor plans is completely customizable. All Timber Block homes are built with R-30 wall insulation, ensuring a highly energy efficient home – all year round. It will keep you cozy and warm in the winter, and nice, cool and comfortable in the summer.
The logs of Timber Block’s homes are cut, sanded, insulated, stained, stacked, thru-bolted and bonded in the quality controlled environment of our factory. The walls of your new home will be delivered right before construction – your wall raising will take less than a day, and will be able to be dried in within 7-10 days.
