As part of Timber Block’s dedication to our home owners, we are now offering R-36 wall insulation.
Since our inception, we have always built our homes with R-30 wall insulation, ensuring a highly energy efficient home, but also to meet (and exceed) building codes related to wall insulation. Building codes continue to go up all across the country, as green building and energy efficiency is a top priority in the building industry, and as part of our commitment to our customers, we want to make sure we not only just meet codes related to wall insulation, but well exceed them as well.
With plenty of research, time and dedication, Timber Block is now able to build our homes with R-36 wall insulation. R-30 is standard in every home we build, but our home owners will now have the option to upgrade to R-36. Our advanced technology allows us to continue to build top quality homes that are not only beautiful, but are built faster, will never settle or check, and can be build anywhere.
Timber Block has taken the panelized home industry to another level by our ability to customize. We have dozens of homes in 4 different series (Classic, Vintage, Contemporary and Craftsman), all of which can be built as you see it, or can be modified to the home owner’s liking. We can also build full custom as well.
Timber Block Engineered Homes is proud to be able to not only keep up with the green building standard, but to go beyond. We are building more homes than ever across the United States and Canada (and beyond), with families enjoying the home of their dreams.
