It’s very likely if you have been planning on building a new home – you’ve been planning for a long time. It’s a big decision to make to go ahead and build your dream home, and likely one of the biggest decisions and purchases you will make!

You also may not know where to start. This is why a phone call to us is a good idea. We can not only help you get started, but we stay with you right to the end.

If you are in the very preliminary stages, here are some questions you may have that you may not know we can help you with!

-looking for land? Our staff and dealers will be familiar with your area, and will know exactly what to look for when looking for land.

-need financing? We can help direct you to the right place!

-looking for a builder? We have contacts coast to coast, and will be able to help set you up with a trusted and reputable builder.

We can help answer any and all questions you may have…we love to make this process worry-free for you!

Out Timber Block pros can also give you a rundown of what’s involved once you’ve made the decision to build a Timber Block home. For example, your first step would be to work out a floor plan. We have dozens of floor plans in 4 different series for you to look at. All of the stock plans are customizable, and we can build from your own ideas. A $3,000 deposit will get one of our architects started on creating your “Perfect Plan”!

Once your land is purchased, and you have a builder, and your floor plan, your home will then go into production, and a delivery date will be set. Once that’s complete, the walls will be delivered, and the wall raising will happen. Once the home is dried-in, you and your builder will be able to get started on your interior!

This is a very vague idea of what happens in the building process. For more details, call us at 866-929-5647 or email us at info@timberblock.com. You can also visit us at one of our model homes. For a list of where they are located, click here.
