So far so good! After many years of looking for a home and speaking with many contractors in my area these folks have just been stellar to us. They have been prompt, courteous, attentive and friendly. The sales rep we have spoken with is just a real nice person. We just did a 700km round trip to meet them and see the product. If I could buy the home based only my first impressions and the customer service so far I would. This has not been our experience with others, and with the biggest purchase of most people’s life you want to be treated a certain way. They have given me time and looked at everything I have sent. They have looked at my lot and many others things. They want happy customers. Even if we don’t buy from them we feel they are a great company and are very satisfied with the service rendered so far.

We were looking for a log home for our retirement in the mountains but we didn’t want to deal with the settling and subsequent chinking that is required. We also needed high efficiency insulation for the long winter season. We found Timberblock on the internet and after thoroughly researching their product, we went with them. The product is high quality and the people are very professional. We are into our third winter and we are averaging just under $100/month in our heating bill in a 2700 sq ft home. Their standard plans are easily customizable. We love it and highly recommend their product.
