Position Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a New Homes Sales Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Timber Block's stunning new homes to prospective buyers. As a key member of our sales team, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide expert guidance throughout the sales process, and ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry to closing.

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Timber Block's home designs, features, and customization options.

  • Generate leads through networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.

  • Conduct informative and engaging sales presentations to prospective buyers.

  • Guide clients through the home selection and customization process, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, including design, construction, and customer service, to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.

  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.

 

We would like to meet you if you have:

  • Previous experience in new home sales or a related field preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales and business development.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of residential construction and design concepts is a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • New homes: 1 year (Preferred);

  • Prefab homes: 1 year (Preferred);

  • Hubspot: Experience (Required);

  • Ability to Commute: Connelly Springs, NC 28612 (Required)

  • Ability to Relocate: Connelly Springs, NC 28612: Relocate before starting work (Required)

  • Work Location: In person
