You are able to design your home the way you want based on your needs and budget, while also benefiting from having your panels manufactured inside a quality-controlled factory. Once the design, engineering and production of the panels are complete, the materials are shipped to your build site. From there, you can take on the construction yourself or work with a local builder to construct your home.

Shared Tasks

The Shared Tasks option gives you additional support during the construction process. Timber Block takes the project through the dry-in phase, which means the materials are designed and delivered, the walls are installed, and the home is closed in.
