Timber Block’s Northcliff model comes straight from our Classic Collection and without a question, is always a favorite, certainly for those looking to build their second vacation home, or vacation rental. The Northcliff models featured here are all located in a resort just north of Montreal, called Club Lac Walfred! There are over a dozen Northcliffs in this quaint and charming resort, located in and around a small, quiet lake.

About the Northcliff

The Northcliff model was released a few years ago, and while you can find several at the Club Lac Walfred resort, with an opportunity to stay, there are also Northcliff models built all over Ontario, Quebec and the USA, as it’s an absolute perfect home in any setting. The Northcliff is 1577 square feet, has 2 bedrooms and 2+1 baths. As you can see in the above photos, the primary is on the main floor, the loft is open to below and looks out through a gorgeous wall of windows, with a wide open main floor, with an easy flow through the kitchen, dining and living areas.
