The Monterey is an original in Timber Block’s Modern Home Collection (formerly the Contemporary Series). The Monterey design was an instant favorite because there was a major need for a smaller, 2 story home.

Before we get to the Monterey II, let’s take a look at the original:

The Monterey

Creating this unique contemporary design, the added angled roofline creates an absolute phenomenal cathedral ceiling in the interior living room.

In addition, the corner windows result in so much outside light, creating the perfect view from anywhere in the house. And because outdoor living was a major factor in the creation of this home, we included a 330 square foot walkout deck above the garage on top of the wraparound deck on the main floor.
